San Mateo County Human Services Agency's ongoing efforts to improve the child welfare system include partnering with other child protective stakeholders such as San Mateo County Superior Court/Juvenile Department, probation, Health Department, mental health Services, birth, kin and foster parents, and community partners. Together, we provide a network of prevention, protection, and permanence services for children and families in San Mateo County .
