CCAT/CAPC is an independent collaborative mandated by the California State Welfare and Institutions Code 18967.  Our fiscal agent is the San Mateo County Human Services Agency. CCAT functions as an advisory, advocacy and education board.

Presentations are usually Monday evenings 6-8PM.
